Ramona is dealing with infertility issues and seeks solutions from customer service and technical support in order to rectify her one big problem: the inability to have children. Customer service guru Magda and her intern Lino step in to help, but soon find that some problems are beyond the reach of traditional customer service.

MEET THE PLAYWRIGHT
STEPHANIE SALAZAR-AMARO
Stephanie Salazar-Amaro is making her second appearance at the Broadway Bound Theatre Festival with her play Basic Glitch. Her work, which takes ordinary circumstances and filters them through new lenses, was previously featured in the Ivy Theatre's "24 Hours of Women" reading series and the New York Theatre Festival's Summerfest. In addition to drama, Stephanie's writing interests include fiction, poetry, and scholarly articles.
